Annual General Meeting

The Coalition Sida des Sourds du Québec holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year in May or June, within 90 days of the end of the fiscal year.

Members participate in order to discuss various subjects. They accept the minutes of the AGM of the previous year, financial statements and Auditor’s report, receive the Annual Report as well as elect the Board of Directors.
